Order Processing
All orders received before 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. Typical processing takes 1–2 business days, though during peak seasons we may need an extra day — we’ll let you know if that happens.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also deliver to APO/FPO military addresses. At this time, we are unable to ship to US territories or international destinations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with major national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the most efficient service for your location. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for standard ground service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your label is generated.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
Delivery Issues
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at info@yotoplaay.online within 5 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.
