Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. We cannot accept returns on products that show signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
If your item arrived defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we treat this as a quality issue — please start your return using the process below and we will prioritize your case.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@yotoplaay.online with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will respond within 24 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.
Return Shipping & Fees
Returns are completely free. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for all eligible returns, regardless of the reason. There are no restocking fees — ever.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then reach out to us.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return your original order following the steps above and place a new order at your convenience.
